Council, are not satisfied with the outcome and would like
to take it further, you can contact the Queensland Ombudsman

The
Queensland Ombudsman Investigates complaints from the public
about the decisions and actions of public sector agencies,
including local councils. Providing easy access to a means
of appeal/review for your customers, demonstrates best practice
in meeting your service obligations.
