To
Whom it May Concern
Re:
Tomorrow's Warwick
This
company has had an interest in Warwick, and the Rose City
Centre, for 14 years, and during 1997 and early 1998, saw
the need to develop the centre, into Rose City Shoppingworld.
We
now boast a Big W Discount Department store, Woolworths and
Bi-Lo supermarkets, and Fosseys, along with 38 specialty retailers.
Everyone
here, including this company, feels that with what has happened
here in recent times, plus what is planned and under discussion
to happen, Warwick is about to explode into its full potential.
The
city is located at the junction of three major highways, and
is situated perfectly to service retail, general and rural
services, to the entire southern Downs, and beyond.
In
fact, in our shopper surveys, over 34% of our customers, don't
live in Warwick shire.
People
are starting to regularly do business here in Warwick and
Tenterfield, Goondiwindi, Woodenbong, Clifton and Aratula,
and all places in between.
A
strong, positive lead for the shire's growth and development
is being shown by members of Warwick Shire Council, Councillors
and executive members, and with what we have experienced here,
to this date, we are fully supportive of the Council's initiatives,
and encourage business, in all forms, to have a close lookm,
at Warwick, the best in town and country living.

Your
faithfully
