Council
has three Committee meetings and one General meeting each month:
- The Planning and Development Committee meets Monday in the
week before the General meeting.
- The Technical Services Committee meets Tuesday in the week
before the General meeting.
- The Corporate Services and Finance Committee meets Wednesday
in the week before the General meeting.
- The full Council meets for the General meeting on the fourth
Wednesday of each month.
Committee
meetings are held in Council’s Committee Room and General Council
meetings are held in Council’s Chambers. All meetings commence
at 8.30am

on Reviewing Council Minutes
You have two options for reviewing Council
Minutes.
If
you only want to review Council’s final decision on a particular
item, you can select the General meeting for that month and using
the established Minutes Index locate page.
If,
however, you are also interested in reviewing Council’s report
and Committee recommendation on a particular item as well as the
final decision, you can select the relevant Committee meeting
and follow the process through using the established “Index”.
Go firstly to the Agenda section and select the report on the
relevant item. When you have finished reading the report, go to
the Committee Meeting Minutes section to review the Committee’s
recommendation regarding the item. Finally, to review Council’s
final decision, go to the General Meeting Minutes section and
sroll through to the relevant item.
